AOMG Seminar on REACH (EU, Korea, Taiwan & China) on 3 May 2016 at Hilton KL
At the request of members, the AOMG Technical Committee chaired by Mr Choong Wai Tuck of IOI Acidchem Sdn Bhd successfully organised a half-day seminar at Aloft Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on May 3, 2016 to update members on chemical regulations in Korea, China and Taiwan. The seminar was conducted by a team of experts from a renowned chemical consulting firm based in China, REACH24H Consulting Group.
The seminar was attended by 21 members from Indonesia and Malaysia. At the lively session, the speakers shared in-depth interpretation of the respective regulations, in particular, K- REACH and the Taiwan TCSCA and OSHA as well as actual case studies. AOMG members also had the opportunity to share their own experiences and discussed issues of concern related to the regulations.
