I will encourage the sustainable development, production, safety and innovation needed to increase the use and awareness of tropical oil based oleochemicals. It is important that we as an industry group support the message of sustainable palm oil and its derivatives. We also need to confront with sound technical arguments the many misleading statements being made today about our palm related industry, particularly in Europe and we all need to work together to protect the growth and development of the ASEAN Oleochemical Industry”.
