Many AOMG members are signatories of Responsible Care and in line with one of the six Management Codes of Practice, Process Safety, attended a 5 day public course conducted by the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) in Kuala Lumpur. Participants revisited the key principles of process safety and its management.

En Hafiz bin Othman, Asst. Production Manager at Pacific Oleochemicals said “…very interesting and comprehensive course with good and experienced trainers. The videos, animations and case studies added to the learning. Sharing with others from other chemicals, oil & gas, design consultants, polymers and resins was invaluable.”

En Rosli bin Omar, Safety, Health and Environment Manager at Acidchem International said “The training course was very well organised and gave us an excellent understanding of the process hazards and how the risks can be controlled. I would like to recommend others to attend.
